About Cinephilers

Cinephiler is a fully automated video search engine that scans streaming websites and lists the highest quality TV shows and movies it finds.

You can access our website by signing up for any of the packages available on our pricing page. Additionally, you can enjoy a 1-day free trial when you sign up for a monthly subscription.

If you can’t find a movie, episode, or TV show on our website, please contact us, and we will update it within the hour.

Most listed TV shows include all seasons and episodes. If an episode is missing, it will be added as soon as we find it. If an episode appears to be missing within a season, the previous one might have been a double episode. If you’re certain this isn’t the case, please click the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of the page.

If a video is not loading and is stuck on buffering, try reloading the page. Occasionally, a video that won’t load may display an error. If this issue occurs with all videos, it’s likely a temporary glitch that we will fix soon. If it’s only one video, please click the ‘Report Issue’ link below the video player.

If it’s an older movie or episode, it’s likely the best quality we could find. For pre-releases, this is the highest quality available for now, but the video will be updated when a better version is found.

Some browsers mute the sound by default, so you may need to unmute it manually. For smart browsers, you should only need to do this once, and it will be fine the next time you watch a video. If this isn’t the case, you can change your browser settings to always allow our site to play videos with the sound on.

Perhaps there was a connection glitch, or perhaps you’re downloading something concurrently, causing insufficient bandwidth. In either case, try refreshing the page first; the video should resume from where it stopped. If the issue persists and you’re using Safari, check if the problem persists in Chrome. Before reporting the issue, switch to Chrome and attempt selecting or 360p in the quality settings to see if that improves playback.

Most videos are available in multiple qualities ranging from 1080p (highest) to 360p (lowest). Higher quality settings require more bandwidth for smooth playback. You can choose your preferred quality in the settings or opt for auto. The auto setting adjusts video quality dynamically based on available bandwidth to ensure optimal viewing. Some browsers like Safari do not support quality changes and are always set to auto.

If you pause a video and return to watch it later, it will resume from where you left off, indicating you’ve likely viewed this video previously.
You can enter fullscreen mode by pressing the ‘f’ key, double-clicking or double-tapping the video, or clicking the fullscreen icon.
All modern mobile and desktop browsers are supported, though performance may vary. While Microsoft Edge functions adequately, Chrome or Opera offer superior performance. Similarly, Safari is compatible but slower; therefore, we recommend using browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, etc., for the best experience on our site.
Absolutely. All communications between our servers and your browser are completely secure.
Except for when you report a video using the ‘Report Issue’ link, no data is logged or stored. In fact, all server logging is disabled. If you are a subscribed user, we only have your email address and no other information is retained.
Your browser stores that information locally and does not send it to our servers. This allows the video to resume from where you left off when you reload the page or return later.
They are aware that you visited this site, but they do not have visibility into your activities or the videos you watched. To them, it looks like you are watching YouTube videos. If you’re concerned about your visits being tracked, consider using a VPN.
